Why I Created This Experience

Hi, I’m Alison Gilbert, founder of The Big Whisper and chief mama bear of our growing community.

I created this experience so that emerging entrepreneurial women have a dedicated support system to help them build and grow.

I know firsthand—both as a founder and from consulting/coaching/workshopping with over 300 women entrepreneurs—that feeling a real sense of partnership as you build can be the difference between trying that thing you want to try, tomorrow, versus weeks, months, years from now. Having a real sense of co-building support can help an entrepreneur feel freer, creatively safer and more focused—to move forward on the things you want to move forward on, sooner rather than later.

Through our co-building community we offer different memberships tailored to the specific entrepreneurial phase you are in. The type of support an entrepreneur needs in the very beginning of the journey is different than the type of guidance needed when farther along. Each membership intentionally includes a mix of one-on-one strategy coaching with me, group sessions, self-guided work and learning events—so that members experience different touch points for receiving support, guidance, and collaboration.
