Whispers About Coaching
“Alison Gilbert has an uncanny ability to anticipate my needs, and guide me towards defining my vision and actualizing my goals. Her approach is intuitive, empowering and profoundly supportive. She is an informed and savvy cheerleader. With a light touch she offers insight into the new digital entrepreneurial reality while being authentic, unpretentious and a good listener. I walk away from every session feeling emboldened by a feeling of confidence about new possibilities and excitement about the future. I love working with Alison!”
“I’ve been working with Alison for about 3 months and already my business has made incredible strides. I first reached out to Alison because I needed a coach that would help me both organize and grow my body liberation fitness business, Thrive Together Movement. I had been feeling stagnant and at a loss for a while, and hoped that hiring a coach would get me out of my rut and motivated to grow.
Alison has done so much more. By the end of our first session, I had a clear vision of how to change my offerings to make my business more sustainable and, get this, I was excited. In our weekly meetings, she guides our conversations and asks questions in a way that keeps me focused on what I have to do now while not losing sight of what I want in the future. Her expert advice has given me the focus, information, and drive I needed to relaunch my business in the span of three months and grow.
Alison has taken the time to not only understand Thrive Together Movement, but also how I work, and has adjusted her coaching accordingly to keep me on task without being overwhelmed. I am so grateful that I have her as a business coach, and cannot wait to see where the future leads! ”
“This is my first entrepreneurial venture, and as every founder soon realizes, there is no set playbook! Alison helped me solidify my faith in my vision and not only tolerate, but leverage the uncertainty of every step forward. She has been an invaluable confidante, as friends, family, and even therapists cannot understand the many nuanced challenges of starting a business. Alison not only understands where I’m coming from, but she has enabled and amplified my confidence in my future as a leader.””
